This has to be one of tiniest phones I've used
while this was the heaviest
^^ It still looked cool despite being decade-old

Still remember when I had that Nokia. It was 2002 and the night before I got it we had an earthquake in Birmingham

The E71 was a beaut, i loved it in white, Nokia did an excellent job with it. I remember the amount of praise the North Americans and Canadians gave it over at Howard Forums, many of them even imported it if push came to shove.

It kind of felt like a high quality instrument.. almost as if from the dentist's chair or sometihng The N8 has that same feel to a certain extent.. but not quite.
And yes, I remember all the talk on hf, the e71 thread was over 200 pages long at one point in time.

I think the Nokia E Series is spot on! The E71 and E72 had presence, and were quality builds.
I have been toying with the idea of getting a phone with a physical QWERTY keyboard since I miss this two years after ditching my Xperia X1 and going full touch a la HTC Desire. I don't even want to consider Blackberry, and the E6 has been calling my name. The E6 might become my favourite Nokia very soon.
If it is to be it is up to me! |

a nokia i used to like on its days was N85 but i never bought one, then it was the N8 but after my satio i never wanted a symbian phone ever. And then N9 got me amazed, still believe its an amazing phone, but overprized and as i was worrying no more support since meego member left, so i'm glad i didn't buy it. |
