Live View doesn't have vibrate, that's the most functional thing you could ask for from the MBW-100 when displaying the incoming caller or text. Plus as an actually watch the MBW-100 lasts for years, the strap on that Live View wont last long, it's material, its going to ware easier and get dirty.
The LiveView actually does vibrate, it even can be turned on or off via the LiveView App.

Just picked up my Live View from the post office today. Works great
Some things I've noticed so far.
- If I get an SMS I can read it, but if I delete it on the phone I can still read it on the device.
- No phone alarm notification on the device. No built in alarm either.
- No phonebook pictures on incoming calls.
- No pictures in MMS.
- No control of Spotify, only the built in player.
- No notification on incoming e-mails.
- Would have been great to be able to dial using the phonebook.
- You can only mute incoming calls, not make it occupied (like MBW-100/150)
- The Live View app works as it should.
- Only two 3rd party apps so far.
- I can't make the calendar in the phone to work with the device, but it should.
Solutions to some of these will most likely come in apps.
Will write more when I find something.
Cheers,

Really? there was no mention anywhere about it - good to know it does vibrate.
It seems alright for the money as its cheap, I would of rather seen it implemented into a proper watch though and it could of been. Thats all that I'm not happy about.

Engadget has posted a review of the LiveView and gives it a 5/10.
My biggest negative that I've taken from that review is that SE has flat out said that the firmware on the LiveView will not be upgradeable. Basically you're stuck with what you've got. No bug fixes, no extra functionality, no compatibility updates, nothing. Boo.

I read that article and also thought it was going to be crap - not surprised.
Can't say I will buy it as it just looks so cheap and tacky, the unfashionable strap isn't fashionable either.

Too bad it's a limit for 6 plugins in the LiveView

@tranced: the list of apps sucks. I was interested in the liveview b4 but after see the list, i think i'll hang with my mbw-150. Im using an x10 mini pro anyhow. The liveview looks useful if u have a mighty phone u dont want to keep in ur pocket, so u'd keep it in a napsack and interface with the liveview. Thanks for the informative list!

Seems to be incorrect information.

In some reviews I have also read comments about the LiveView™ device not being upgradable. I just want to confirm that that is not the case. There will be a software update coming for the device itself.

How long does it last on a single charge? As I have been reading reports of only 8 hours. That's next to useless as far as I'm concerned.

2-3 days for me. It depends on how often it receives updates from the phone. That you can control in the app on the phone. Also if you can't keep your fingers away...
Some plug-ins uses alot of batt too if you don't close them.

Is this just for Android or would this work with the Aino as well?
Thanks
