I know because i already flashed my Satio with Davinci yesterday. The service was still trial....but together them all is gone perfectly. |

I purchased the Davinci debrand but my account was blocked. I payed with paypal and was told by davinci that I need to be American to be able to unlock. Since I am not even though my paypal account is 100% legit I was declined. Felt I was treated like shit and discriminated. I hope some other debranding firm offers same service with out the prejudice. Anyhow. keep us posted on the results. Since I ran the firmware update my phone is working FANTASTIC! |

As you know quite well your account was blocked not because you are American - the company is based in Europe and the agent you dealt with (me) is located in Canada so there is little room there for American bias. To try to spin a normal fraud check procedure as "discrimination" is a little over the top. Also, given that I'm the only one you spoke with, I can be very sure that you were not "treated like shit" and would be happy to publicly provide email transcripts, at your discretion, to prove the same.
Please note our identification policy in cases that involve a discrepancy like yours and note that the procedure applies to anyone in the same situation. I would think that you would prefer to deal with this in private and you can do so by continuing communication with me through your support ticket. If you took some offense please let me assure you that none was intended and activating your account requires nothing more than following the instructions I've sent you earlier today, twice, via email.
