actually... i fell heavily on the pitch... 
i tripped in my own legs, slipped (that fake lawn is BUMMER) and got a heavily skinned knee along with an injured wrist... while coliding with one of my own teammates FACE-ON!!!
they even stopped playing, 'cause they thought an AMBULANCE was in order... the sound of my face hiting the other guy's leg was pretty scary, i guess... 
then i got up in a rush and said something like 'what the fook are u waiting 4? game ON!' They looked @ me as if i wasn't human or something!
it was monday... it still hurts friday!
my hand looked like someone elses on wednesday... 
next monday it's payback...
