I was going to suggest that . When a member gets the phone they post the distance from them to the last person when they post the picture of the phone

I'd suggest getting some sort of list going in each of the regional threads with 1 person responsible for tracking the phone in their country. That way it can travel efficiently within a country and from country to country around the world just as a person would.

1 question though, should the phone be sent on using registered/signed for delivery? Cos how much of a shitter would it be if it got lost in the post half way round its tour by some dodgy post office...
