I think your antivirus is stopping it from extracting it. Disable the antivirus.

tranced,i have disable antivirus,but nothing hapen when i press c and conect a cable to my pc why??i have hold c for 104seconds..

Sorry for the question, but is your phone turned off? Also, try holding the 2 and 5 keys instead.

Did you install the drivers(ggsetup-2.2.0.5)?

1. Disable your antivirus
2. Install SEUS
3. Install ggsetup-2.2.0.5 adn restart yourr computer
4. Open A2Uploader
5. Turn-off your phone, reinsert the battery
6. When connect the cable press "c"
it should be work.
