No, that's the 512MB one I said about 
The two 4GB ones, that have short battery lives, and possibly a software fault on the Rio I think, are these:
One's a Rio Carbon 4GB and the others a Creative MuVo2 4GB, the latter with a removeable battery so might be worth getting a new one 
Note: I don't have an iPod Mini 
EDIT: Oh, and yes their both used in pretty good nick I think, haven't used them in a while. I can offer you all three if you like as a swap?

Ummm, pass lol, I can't remember, I haven't used them in so long. I know the Circ (Sony NW-E105) uses AAA batteries and lasts for 70 hours apparently. That's why I chose it, long battery life
