First thing I have to complain about: Back key going crazy. When I press the lower left side of the inner part of the D-Pad back key reacts like if I pressed it. Its very bad because almost every time I press left or down on D-Pad back key gets pressed. Only if I press the D-Pad so I don't touch anything around it the back key doesn't react.
I hope I'll get a new build in the shop for the price of the repair because I have no warranty.

Try pressing it with something other than a Sausage.

I'm not joking. What could possibly cause this?

I just got mine today from O2 Online and I have the 037 firmware

UI is slow, nothing at all like the demo tour video shows. Took a picture with the flash and couldn't believe what I saw...

with flash

without flash

Judging by the firmware description the firmware I have is unbranded and from what you guys have said it doesn't look like the flash sync issue has been fixed in this one! When I take a pic you can clearly tell the flash fires very quickly and the phone takes the pic slightly afterwards.

Disappointing!

The first Pic is of my phone in Room Light (With the Flash Still on Though)

They should put a note in the box to say the film on the back confuses the light sensor. [addsig]

Yep and a health warning note that this phone may cause stress!!

But i have got to admit now, Im warming to the K850i now that i have newer software, at least i can take photos using the phone and hope it last until i get back from the usa.

Im also going to try a video call from US to UK (If the US network allows me as they use 3g for data not video calling) now that will be cool.

How are you guys getting the new software?
I'm waiting for the update for my K850 coz the laggyness bugs the hell out of me. The Xmedia bar thing could be a lot smoother!

If that gets solved though, I'll be very happy with the phone.
I managed to get the phone using my PCs internet and it was really cool: loads of RSS news items came up on the home screen. Very cool!
