i know, that sucks.
when do you recon they will bring out the unlocker?
a shop want to charge £20 and will send the phone away.
seems as though im happy enough with the network im on i dont want to waste the cash, and hassle

hmm i dont know. im not too bothered any more. i like this new network. dont really want to pay £20 just for a bit of extra convenience. i just need to switch my number over now, and ask them if they will give me some free credit  as my old sim has £7 and i dont want to lose that

imo the solution i pointed on, will be more expensive, cos it wont effect the warranty. i mean, when u take a fone in aparts, the warranty is already over ( if the service check it, when u have to send it back cos of fw / hw bug ) guess the new solution can be more "tricky"

good point. ive kind of voided the warranty already though 
converted my n73 to the music edition. it was dreadfully quiet and stuff and thought warranty would be no good to me anyway.
ill just leave it. if they bring it out then great, if not then bugger it

well, if it is, u can always up or downgrade with the barnded fw, for example mt box or j.a.f. box will do it, so u have warranty again

haha lol ok ill bare that in mind
warranty is pretty pointless though. im gonna try not to break my phone for about 6 months-1 year if possible. by that time the warranty is nearly over and much better phones are out anyway. it just sucks because im going to have to take 2 phones out tonight as ill need my old number but i want to show off my n73

What heppans whe the phone is locked to the network or shall I say locked by the network operator? Can it just be unlocked as simplle as A B C

not the new nokias. a lot more complicated (apart from the select few that can now be unlocked easily and for free)
