@miss uk - Well actually the story was I already SENT him about 2 PMs way bacl . . . just saying HI (as what I am laso sending you at times . . .), I was just suprised that he does not reply back - very unusual of him here (but he does not MIND if it's a matter of LIFE and DEATH situation though back then when he DOES reply . . .), then one day I just saw this one POP-out of my INBOX here . . . then I hurriedly replies back (hoping that he was ONLINE then . . .). and then I made mention about that fone . . . nothing followed from him though
Andy has been one of my friends here (exchanged some gifts with him in the past also) . . . but making a NO-show in the forum where he's been actively been participating for the past years . . . is quite very UNUSUAL, also why he have NOT cleared his name on the issue I know some people (not only ME) PMed him saying what ever happened to that fone being sold to another Esatonian
Maybe one day . . . he'll be back

Sounds like it's time for the police to get a response out of him. Too bad it has to go that far, but if he can't make contact with Doctorwa or at least ask a Mod to get involved to help resolve this then there's only one conclusion, and it's an ugly one. He's gone bad. Very sad to see a once respected member get branded as a scammer and a crook. If there's another way to look at it, by all means somebody chime in. There's really no justification for this kind of behavior.

I would say that if you were going to get some sort of solution from Rookwise it would have happened by now so if I were you I would just get on with it.

As Jojo has already posted my reply to his pm which explains some of why I haven't been on here over the last few months. I have only today logged in since sending that pm and read Jojo's and Miss Uk's replies highlighting this thread.

Total bull on Doctorwa/Baal (whatever you want to be called). I have had no contact from him via Esato (nothing in my pm box), SE-NSE is a waste of time as I can never get the pm part to work on my laptop and the site takes forever to load so I've not bothered with that site since Nov 2006.
No phone call either.
My phone has been on constantly (The same number I've had for the last 6 years) due to events that have happened over the last 5 months in my home/family life which has been very emotional and hetic.
I have had far more important things to deal with than spend time on here lately. There will no doubt be someone popping up asking what is so important that I wouldn't have time to log in here so here goes:
Moving house.
Death of grandparent.
Death of my son and his mother in a car accident.
Helping parents as much as possible due to dad now needing a wheelchair.
Arranging to move house again due to breakdown in relationship.
Work (which is where I am now).
As you can see. I've had a considerable amount to deal with over the last few months which has put a big strain on me both physically and mentally.
Esato isn't the end of the world. I do not eat, breathe, sleep, live Esato.
Right. Now to settle Doctorwa/Baal
Upon hearing about and reading this thread. I contacted O2 at approx 11:30am today (13 April 07). To find out what has happened. They told me that the phone had been reported stolen. I've explained to them that I had not reported it stolen and that I have the phone in hand, wanted to know why it had been blocked as it was not authorised by myself.
Basically there has been an apology by O2 and the person I spoke to has completed a form with all details and has said that the block should be lifted from the phone within the next 72 hours.
Hopefully this clears things up and hopfully the phone will be sorted.

I am sorry to hear about the sadness and tension you have been going through, I just hope that those involved in this "w850 situation" will be understanding and patient as they should be.

Oh I fully understand. Whats pissed me off most of all is the comment below:-

There has been no:-
PM in my inbox
Letters recieved at my parents house (a few people have my old address which is my parents and I'm sure they would have passed it onto Doctorwa/Baal by now. I know Smiler may still have it. Also. Doctorwa/Baal would already have it from the box packaging as the phone was sent RMSD)
Phone call. As stated above. Doctorwa/Baal said that he had attempted to ring me. The people on Esato who have my number again would have passed it onto him (07739 **99*5). Same number I've had for 6 years now and my phone is never switched off.
If it wasn't for Jojo and Kerry (Miss uk). This would have been still unresolved with me not knowing and my name being dragged through the mud so to speak which I'm certainly not happy about.
I have had the same thing done to me in the past by an old Esato member and that never got resolved fully causing me to be nearly £400 out of pocket.
There is no way I would do anything to scam/mislead anyone.
@Doctorwa/Baal
PM me as soon as there is any change. If there has been nothing by next Friday. Let me know and I'll ring O2 as soon as I can if the situation doesn't change. I will be logging in occasionaly to check for a reply from you.
Once this is delt with. I will be requesting for Laffen to remove my registration from Esato perminently (if this is possible)

Sorry to hear about your problems, I had a feeling there would be a valid reason (and in this case, reasons) behind this.
And sorry to hear you won't be coming back, even to the point of wanting your user ID deleted!
Hope this gets sorted, and I hope all your current problems are resolved without too much stress
