Basically it means it is the best thing ever superb excellent or any other massively complimentary term you can think of which of course it is. Just don't know why X1387 is about £480 delivered and everyone else in he UK is over £600 going to have to wait a while to see what happens to UK prices as really don't want to spend £200 more than i need to.

What is a reasonable price for E90 with 2 years contract? |

should hopefully have mine tomorrow. not sure on the price yet. but if its massivly overpriced i can get one from mphone for £535. which is probably the maximum id pay at the moment.but hopefully i can get it alot cheaper than that! |

Hi all,
Was speaking to VodaFone this morning they say they should have it from tomorrow and will be about the same price with contract as the N95. So could be just £50 on a 12 month £40pm contract which will mean a total price of approx £530 and of course all those minutes and texts. Will need to see if they have branded it or left it as it should be although it is fairly easy to change to an unbranded version.
I am not sure but have a feeling a little patience may be a good idea for now so am going to hold off on any decision. Especially as i really want to see and feel one in my hand before making my decision and currently my N95,E61 combo does the same.

my dads getting one thru voda, so i'll see if its branded or not. I don't think it will be.
Surely they wouldn.t brand such a high end device

I have just tested E90 and am quite shocked. The device is quite big.. I left it for 2 mins charging and then turned it on still pluged.
It booted very fast.. (once migrating from P990 everything is fast ) maybe even faster than N95. Once booted i opened it and then i was blown..
The screen looks amazing! Makes E90 look like a mini laptop. Then i opened a new sms. The keyboard is very near to the computer keyboards. With a little practise i have no doubt about it..
The phone had no sim, and no wifi was available so i wasnt able to test anything else. I would like to see web browsing on it, some video files, messaging..
The FW was not entirely stable i think. It lagged a bit and didnt want to open some stuff..
I was quite right with my predictions about what E90`s problems for me will be. The size is an issue, but only in closed mode and when carrying. Once opened you easily forget about it cause you`re not present in that moment

I agree wit most of what you say hence wanting to actually have a real unit in my hands prior to committing to it, although i don't usually have a problem with size over functionality the E90 makes my old N93 look small.
@Boba
i wouldn't keep the branded software and we all know how easy it is to debrand an S60 device but would rather pay around £450 and have to debrand then pay closer to £600. just need to see how good the 02 or Voda deals are on contract in the next few days as tis may help bring the prices down from other places that currently work out about £600+ including a contract. To be honest still not 100% sure i am going to swap my 2 devices fro this one with the extra expense but not really gain much except for a larger device and screen with of course the extra RAM.
