I'd just like to add that I got my P990i back yesterday, a great service done in good time. I posted the phone on tuesday and it was returned this morning! |

I was a little worried when SEunlock shut for business just after I paid and posted my pP990 to them... but there was no need. The phone was back in my hands within four days of me posting.
Unbranded, unlocked - flashed and CDA changed for future updates. I chose to give it a few days before posting - just to make sure everything was cool. I haven't had a single problem with the phone since. It's faster, more responsive - and functions pretty much the way I hoped when I first ordered it from Orange.
Today I ran the latest update from SEUS (without having to re-format or do anything other than I should have to) with no probs at all (also - BTW - no immediately obvious benefits so far with new FW).
Elsewhere on this site you'll find much cheaper ways of doing it yourself - but you'll also find many examples of it going wrong, at least at first. My opinion is this: If you can afford it - pay those that do it for a living. Otherwise do it yourself and good luck.
Thanks for a good service SEunlock, keep it up. |

We have NOT received any mails from you. The email adddress is sales@seunlock.co.uk
We are aware of your order, and look forward to processing it, HOWEVER your handset has not arrived with us as of yet. We will inform you when the handset arrives.
EVERYONE who has ordered with us will have their handset processed and returned as soon as possible, THIS WAS THE MAIN REASON FOR THE SUSPENSION.
We are trying to get all the orders done and back out to people so that we can start taking new orders again.

I am thinking of sending my Phone off to you guys. I have a P990i and have had no end of trouble with my Orange Firmware its buggy makes the phone crash sometimes and it is slow. Cant believe that orange thought that doing this to their phones was going to be a good thing, idiots!
I was just wondering prior to sending you my phone would a backup, save all my email accounts I have set up in the phone, also my wifi settings, my phone book and calender and is I just a matter of restoring these when the phone is returned unbranded? Or does a restore cause any know issues?
Also I did hear that esato members could get a discount on your services is that true? If so how? |

@djquick2005
I have had difficulty with the backup/restore feature. To date I have not managed to restore without problems, requiring a complete re-build of the phone settings and the third party software. However I am told that if you leave out the "settings" on the restore - it should work OK. Not tried it yet.

I was thinking of using seunlock, but it's a bit worrying that they haven't posted for 2 months, apart from one a month ago in the adverts section. Various notices on web site about services being discontinued. Anyone know a reason for the low profile? Are they winding down?
