Why are Sonyericsson dragging their feet and not combining Edge/HSDPA ang GSM together in one handset.
I'm happy they have introduced these two handsets but would it not make sense to include this tecnology into one of the handset's for future use as HSPDA will be the next big thing giving the handset home broadband speed so you can send and receive large picture files, surf the internet and the rest.
The mix of bands would improve the roaming coverage speed you would have when roaming abroad and help extend the LIFE of the handset saving money in the long run.
They are not thinking long term as Motorola, Samsung and Nokia have handset's comming with those features. |

Plus this sounds exactly like what we have been speculating on along. Two version,s 5MP.
Never thought for one minute though that optical zoom would be included. Thats great news!
May be this was brought forward because even more handsets are to be announced in January.

Being it true or not...the real sucessor of k800 should be on market on June/July, just like before with k700, k750, k800...and i expect it to be uiq device (without touch screen), and maybe with wifi
