P990I all the way it's the best, the N73 can't compare to the P990 or N93, these are in a different league.
Depends what you want though, imaging or business use.

Hi Dicky,
I only open my phone in Laptop mode, my main data input is diary and e-mail, web address only need to be entered once thanks to auto book mark.
Ubeliveably i can actually type at near normal speed with the keyboard in this orentation, because the keys are large and tactile i find i am haveing very little trouble in typeing my fingers are still in the correct straight on position so i suppose its just memory typeing really but it does work for me.

P990 is really not for pix shooting imo, actually, why didnt it deserve a better cam?

Hi Ares,
I learnt a long time ago to only take as a guide reviews as you don't really know what version they were testing whether they are pro or against a particular prouduct or numerous other factors. As on reading some reviews you wouldn't actually recognise the prouduct if you were useing them in comparison to the review. I have not had the oppourtunity to shoot video yet but the camera appears to bo on par with the N73 to me and just how bad do you really think 640x480 30fps video is going to be as most are raveing about it's quality.

sorry dogman, is not the first neither the last test where anyone can see the noise levels of n93 are absurd

saying n93 camera is similar to n73 is an insult to n73´s camera....mind you, i consider n73 camera to be better than k800´s for almost every condition except night photograpy (k800 has real flash)

Hi Ares,
well i do have both so rather than looking at what some else has done and in that article you linked to their was a question as to what settings he used. I am actually baseing it on my experience but the first reason for getting any smartphone defiantly isn't the camera or video those are just a bonus to my needs and nice to have if avaliable. There will never be a definative answer as to which camera is the best as different people will always reach different conclusions and have different abillities also. This is where persoanl prefrences come into play on what and why we make our choices. There really are no wrong choices just what each individual prefers IMO.

Hi Boba
They are the same like a Porsche Turbo and a Boxster are both Porches and both sports cars and do the same things. Its just one does them that little bit faster and with more class. In that way they are the same. That really is the best way i can put it. But depending on the reviews that you read it could be said that the N73 takes better still pictures than the N93. Admittedly i am no photo buff but both do a good enough job for my needs and i am awaiting this firmware upgrade to see what that brings besdides more Ram which could have an effect on the photo app.

@ ares - i dont think the N93's camera is bad, in fact it seems to take better pictures than my old K750i's camera, and the P990i.

Yes, there is a lot of noise in the pictures, but then only when compared to other cameraphones, and only when you're looking deep into the picture. To be honest, i dont mind the noise since i think it makes the images look sharper and more real.

According to some reviews, the K800i tends to purposefully blur images to remove the noise, with its current firmware. Give me noise anyday rather than lose detail. The other point i think is worth mentioning is the fact we wont all be carrying around a k800i, N93 and N73, and taking pictures with them all. So, in reality we're not going to spend out lives comparing picture since those we do take will only be taken by one phone, so even in that given situation we wouldnt know which phone takes the better pictures, if you understand my rather poorly explained point.

Also, to be honest im never impressed by pictures taken by review sites. When i first got my K750i, even my first attempts were better than any of the reviews, so it goes to show the people who write these reviews often dont spend time learning how to take great pictures, and im some cases im sure they purposefully take poor ones if they're biased towards a particular handset.
