Other than this HUGE problem I absolutely LOVE this phone though. I've used lots of SE phones(T68, T616, P900, P910a, K700i, S710a) and this is by far my favorite! The P-series is in a different league though so you can't really compare them.

getagrip, i've been seriously considering getting rid fo my k750i because of the horrible cingular reception and getting this w810; however you are saying it too is getting poor reception and dropped calls? say it ain't so! i love my k750i but i can't even use it half the time, since i've moved to cingular because it stays on "emergency calls only" and can never find a network. will i run into the same problem witht he w810i?

i think the problem is your operator(not enough coverage on your area) and not the phone itself. |

its great!
i love my W810i. d pad is much better than the joystick imo.
the housing creeks a lil which annoys me!
