Looking at the way this model was 'contoured' . . . I don't think it will reach 's assembly line [addsig]

Very appealng look but missing too many things and also contracdicting branding (sony on one prt and SE on side). Just to FAKE. Nice concept though.

I doubt it very much. A new model might appear with overtones of this concept but its unlikely.

I wouldn't want such pretentious looking thing clamped to the side of my face anyway.

This phone will never be released. It's just a concept - a styling idea.

First of all, it breaks nearly all of SE's branding rules - writing "SONY" is right out, and they never change fonts for the words "Sony Ericsson" like he has on the side.

Second, it's impractical - has no joystick/d-pad, and no back/C keys. The camera button is in the old T610 position. The microphone is on the front and not on the bottom like on all of SE's other candybars.

Third, if it really was going into production, the designer would be under a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and it would still be a secret, like all their other future designs.

No, this is just a concept, and checking out his homepage there's no proof that he's even been in contact with SE, or if he's just made the concept and rendering it at home.

Plus, the keypad is huuuge compared to the size of the screen, which is another big no no.

ITs still bloody nice though and looks much better than any other phone at the mo or near future...I use my phone fr phonecalls, so to me it does matter how the phone looks and feels, not how many push email inboxes etc it has, I have a PC for that

SE should simply stick to what they do best, and luxury isnt a part of it.

@QVGA
That's a very closed way of thinking isn't it? SE's never tried, so why are you already putting them down?

I'd like to see a luxury phone from SE.

Looks ok. reminds me of the sony j5 shape wise..but you have to ask, if it were "genuine" why add a 4 megapixel camera, and there's no hint of cybershot n the front...doesn't make sense.
