the stupid se swedes have totally lost it...the k610i has been shipped without a f*cking handsfree:-(se has turned really cheap shipping a phone with a mp3 player without a handsfree.

Not at all .. i dont like the camera.. i have good SONY cam at home with 7 Mega Pixel which takes GREAT pic .. what to do with mobile cam with or without flash and still dont take the same GREAT pics i want ?? i really advice people to NOT pay too much money for having a mobile with cam .. even the new K800i have not yet been nearly the regular digital cams ..

Well !! i had same problem i got my K610i without a handsfree !! i thought that was a mistake, they are now checking out if there is any handsfree follows the K610i from Sony Ericsson or not ..Cause in TRE/Three website www.tre.se says there is a handsfree follow that phone, check out here :

in the end u see .. STEREO HANDSFREE !!
The price is low.. thats why i think they dont provide us with a handsfree .. and many people are surrprised of that low price !! the phone is not bad at all !! its even better than W800i in many points ..
+ the screen is larger and brighter ..
+ the menus faster .. and have more options than W800 ..
+ the speaker sound is much better especialy during calls ..
+ the whole design is nicer and good
+ the keypad is much better than the joystick ..
+ the memory stick is the new one which called Micro, its cheaper than Duo Pro ..
+ Update the software via GPRS ..
the things which are not so good in K610i compare to W800i ..
- no Auto Focus in the cam
- less memory stick size follow the phone (only 64 MB) but for sure you can buy 1 GB Micro Memory Stick which is cheaper than the Duo one ..
- no handsfree follow (still on checking if this is true or not)

I'm beginning to like this phone. I don't mind much the camera limitations it's just for fun anyway -- I have a better camera for more serious stuff. I just hope it will be released here.

very good phone, but i just can't use it because volume buttons not working when writing sms message. I can't understand why they removed that very useful feature. Put it back! |

I ordered one last week. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be out here in Switzerland yet  ... I can't wait - my V800 starts to desintegrate mechanically, some keys I have to press really hard. |

THREE stores in all the world will include a Stereo Handsfree together with thier branded phones .. but if u have Unbranded phone so u will not get nothing .. but still this phone is damn good and nice ! By the way .. Sony Ericsson have 2 Years garanti now !! Thatīs cool !!

Well YET no bugs i could find ..
But it have a built in (Update Service) which make everything very easy whenever you feel there is a bug, just go to that option and search for updates !! the updates use to be between 3-4 MB as i red in the manual !! But this Update Service Option makes you sure there is a new firmware so you can download directly by GPRS or connect your phone by USB cable to do it ..

By the way .. the new WAP browser is damn good !! i love it !!! i can for example have FULL SCREEN option .. its pretty good especialy when i watch TV (GPRS) which i get for 1 dollar/month/Channel through the Swedish Mobile operator Comviq/Tele2 .. i can even see the screen horizontaly !!
And i have seen the K800i 2 days ago, i can tell this K610i is same as K800i just without the advanced camera !! All other things are same !! And by the way, K610i is just 89 gram !!! much lighter than K800 which is 115 gram .. |

By the way .. anyone know if there is any good THEME sites for Sony Ericsson K610i ?? and what other phones themes works good in K610i ?? for example K750i and W800i works fine together .. what about K610i ??
