I tried updating my p900 and I got the message ''your phone has the latest version'' with the p900 picture on the backround, wich means that the service can identify a p900. although the service said that the p900 is not supported. after that i tried my p910i and after identifying the phone i got no message that my p910i did not have the latest version and i continued the update it was very smooth no problems at all whatsoever but at the end i ended up with the same firmware i had before. (R5A02) VERY ANNOYING well anyway even the restore went ok no problems at all.... but before i did all that i got the message ''no syncstation found'' it took me about a day to realise that if you are a p-series user you obviously have the pc-suite installed on your pc. so what i did is i unchecked the com port that uses the syncstation in the phone connection monitor in the taskbar and i tried again and bingo!!! that did the trickat the end i tried to do the procedure from the start to see if my phone will be identified as the latest firmware, and it didn't. so all you p910 users whatch out for the tricks that the service hides. AND ONE LAST THING if you had a previous update service installed on your computer uninstall it FIRST before you install the new update service then go to the program file directory and find the folder and delete it. and last but not least if you get the error server too busy.... insist and restart the program continously until it loggs you in .

@ daviep

You have to hold the 'c' button till the screen changes and informs you of the next step --->> to release the 'c' button.

Hope this helps

I upgrade a k750 through SEUS II - after trying it for about 50 times, finally when the application opened, the whole update process was fast and smooth. [addsig]

I was able to update after my second attempt (First one said server too busy) Firmware now R1AA008. Took about 10 minutes.

What is the improvement on this update as I cannot see anything different? I just jumped on the bandwagon along with everyone else seeing as there is always a big scene when new updates are available.

Anyway, all I can say is just keep on trying. Keep your mouse pointer on the update shortcut and keep on launching. When the server message appears, whack enter and clink on the icon again. Eventually it goes through and you can do your thing.

mwarner does a great job of keeping us up to date with firmware changes, and descriptions of the change, in the first post of his K750 / W800 Firmware Overview

edit: btw my son reports also that the volume improvements are great

i did mine and also got R1AA008.

I'm using the O2 CDA 102338/16 and was suprised that it didn't put the O2 Branding back on.

Also the MS Duo Bug is finally fixed

I have just updated my k750i firmware to R1AA008 as well, i'm also using the O2 CDA 102338/16- but my O2 branding is still there (with the icon and startup-shows.

I installed the update service and all drivers.

I get to the press "C" button, then to the "release C" button screen and I release it. Nothing happens after.

I upgraded my K750i many times til now without problems... Pretty strange.
