With my phone, reflashing solves the problem. I think it can depend from computer performance. Who had problems, can try with a faster PC. |

if you don't wanna pay with the Davinci solution to solve this problem, go to your "SE agreed center" to flash your phone back to the R1L, it's free because your phone is still guaranty and because it's not your fault but SE fault.

Did it ever occour to someone in this thread that there might be something wrong on your side?
I mean, it's computers and software we are talking about. There are thousands and yet thousands of different computer configurations out there installed with thousands and yet thousands of different applications...
Reading from posts at Esato, I'd say that most people have good results from the SEUS nowadays, and the more or less few of you that doesn't, well, it might just be your configuration (hardware or software) that makes it go faulty.
Most of todays computers have so much crap installed them - yet people think everything can work perfect! Try installing as much crap into your head and see how straight you can think. Maybe you too will get a communication error while reaching 57 percent |

Well I have done two previous succsesful FW upgrades on my K750i until this last failure and the last one was just a day ago to R1L and I havent done any modifications on my system since. I have also tried the FW upgrade on my second computer with a completly clean install of Win XP and just the appropriate drivers installed with the exact same result and halt at the exact same place in my case 48% so I hardely belive that there is a problem on peoples configuration but a fault in SEUS in some way. I talked to SE Care Center in sweden and they were aware of the problem and was looking in to it and adviced me to upgrade at my local Service center apparently a lot of people had contacted them in this matter so apparently there is something wrong with this new FW and a lot of people is suffering from it. And if you remember the O2 gprs problem with R1J this is not the first time SE mess around with faulty FW. |

it is a bit wierd that some people have successfully flashed and some like us are stuck. i've tried flashing on 3 different configuration systems but as usual getting stuck at 58%.

I'm sure its not my computer. I tried it on THREE different ones, and one of them was a fresh install of windows.
Anyway, the solution i discussed earlier works for sure, as it has worked for a few other people who were experiencing the same problem as I was. |
