i did not have time to read all of the last pages...so ...
what i understand is that in low light conditions if you have shrpness set to 0 the picture will be better...correct me if i'm wrong...
well... my question is :
can we put a function in drivers so we could alterate the sharpness depending on the light conditions???????
i don't know if this was asked before... so i'm sorry if i bugged you all...
thx !!! |

as far as i know, in low light conditions if you set sharpness to 0 you will get a little blured picture... but then you can apply a noise reduction and sharpen metod and you will get a better picture compared to sharpness 5 or 6
you can do a profile on A4A driver for low light conditions and include CMD(56,00), and then switch back to CMD(56,06) for all others profiles. |

Just to add, this happpens because when you sharpen the image with noise you also sharpen noise... So it becames more apparent, you get more artifacts and the noise gets hard to be removed. Noise removal programs (like neat image) also don`t sharpen what is identified as noise (so you don`t have to remove all noise and make the picture artificial to not sharpen noise.
you can do a profile on A4A driver for low light conditions and include CMD(56,00), and then switch back to CMD(56,06) for all others profiles.
This is a interesting idea. Could you give me more detail on how to do it? |

Hi to all , I've just read also every single page of the thread ... (obiovsly an hard thing ...) , so I wanna thanks all the modders for spending all their time for make their drivers best and best again .. I've tried almost every driver posted and the one for me is surely Raidersky's 6.6 one , but it's a little bit too complicate for me ... so could I ask for a little guide about it (with some pics to show the difference between the functions will be really a superb one ...) ?
My phone is a K750i CID36 - RCA021 inside .
Thanks again to all |

Well... basically you have this code on every A4A driver:
SET_PROFILE=$b6 00 4 1 #CMD(04,00)
$c0 0a
$s0 0a #CC_GREEN
$s0 0a #CC_MAGENTA
$s0 0a #CC_BLUE
$s0 0a #CC_YELLOW
$s0 0a #CHANGE_ZOOM
$s0 0a #ISO
$s0 0a #CHANGE_FOCUS
$s0 0a #SET_EXPOSURE
$s0 0a #SPOT_ON
$s0 0a #SHUTTERSPEED
$s0 0a #SHUTTER_ISO
$s0 0a #SCENE
$s0 0a #SET_PROFILE
#CC_CID #INIT
$cl
$c0 0b
(PROFILE 1.1)
$cl
$c0 0c
(PROFILE 1.2)
$cl
$c0 0d
(PROFILE 1.3)
$cl
$c0 0e
(PROFILE 1.4)
$cl
$c0 0f
(PROFILE 1.5)
$cx $cx $cx $cx $cx $cx;
And then, the code for PROFILE 1.1 for sharpness 0 on low light conditions could be this single line:
#CMD(56,00)
If you want also to increase a little bit the exposure time on that profile you could add this line too:
#CMD(04,1B)
Then in PROFILE 1.2 you can add this lines to switch back to default values:
#CMD(56,06)
#CMD(04,00)
Anyway when you select de default profile (1.0) the driver switch back to all default values.
