So that value is still high for w800i cid36? Howabout colour/noise and sharpness? Please try this sharpness before you change it back to 00

Could you please do me a favour?

Here is the code for exposure:
EM= $p1 0d
$c1 00
$p1 0e
$c1 00
05 01 00 23 01 $f $r2 1 1
$m0 1 $/0 28
$c0 00
$m0 1 $/0 03
$c0 00
$cl
$s0 3F $-0 r1
#CMD(04,$w0)
$cx
$cx
$cx
$cx;

Please change the value of 3F to 3d or 3e. I am waiting for your reply. Thank you.

A new great driver. Everything is fine so far. Exposure is lower than the previous driver but I tested with value 3e, I found it is very good and bright enough. Your driver doesnt give exact value of shutterspeed as raiderski is it bcz raiderski's doesn't have EM on whereas your driver always has EM on?

@lpachuong
Using 3D:

EV 1.0 Zoom 1.1 Dark subject: Exposure 1/500 ISO 100
EV 1.0 Zoom 1.1 Bright subject: Exposure 1/1600 ISO 100
EV 1.0 Zoom 1.2 Dark subject: Exposure 1/400 ISO 100
EV 1.0 Zoom 1.2 Bright subject: Exposure 1/1600 ISO 100

Using 3E

EV 1.0 Zoom 1.1 Dark subject: Exposure 1/500 ISO 100
EV 1.0 Zoom 1.1 Bright subject: Exposure 1/1250 ISO 100
EV 1.0 Zoom 1.2 Dark subject: Exposure 1/400 ISO 100
EV 1.0 Zoom 1.2 Bright subject: Exposure 1/1000 ISO 100

Edit: Ridersky driver can get this value correct all the time, but ISO varies... Maybe there's some tip there? I'll do some tests on color and noise, but this is harder to compare since is more subject

You can disable EM by changing Picture Quality to Normal. BTW all my tests were done with EM off.
EDIT: Tested with EM On, same results.

I know lpachuong's driver has slower shutterspeed but his driver always produce iso 100 which is good and better than other values of iso. I have tested 3d as well but it is quite dark in low light condition, 3e is the most suitable value.

I agree that it's always better to use ISO 100. The point is that the EV 1.0 were supposed to give fixed Shutter Speed values (i.e. Zoom 1.1 shutter 1/5000, Zoom 1.2 shutter 1/2500 etc) and this is not working like that. I would like this to work to try a manual shutter speed guide that has been posted by cronos555. But I am not aware if it's technically possible to pinpoint the shutter speed while keeping ISO fixed in 100.

Natural answer would be: "get a tripod" The problem is to find a tripod that can be used with K750/W800. I have seen one on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/SonyErics[....]eNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
But it only sells as a add-on for people that buy the K800 telescope... I have asked the seller if there was a way I could buy just the tripod but no reply

Ok, I found out exposure is fine, as long as you keep your setting in something that makes sense lol. Here's what I did: pointed my camera to the sun, set shutter speed to 1/5000 (EV 1.0 Zoom 1.2 with lpachuong driver). Perfect, 1/5000 ISO 100 picture. Then I pointed a camera to a indoor place. Got a dark picture with ISO 100 and 1/400 shutter. Then I pointed the camera back to the sun, and increased the shutter speed to 1/3200, 1/2500 and so on (ev 1.0 zoom 1.3,1.4,...). Values came out perfect. So the shutter speed is working fine in normal photo situations. The problem is that I was trying to shot unreal situations just to test this feature, i.e., shoot indoor with 1/5000. This doesn't make sense in real life.
To shot shutter speed difference, I'll post the pictures of my test. Sharpness was disabled for better post processing so please take this in account. (=0)

Shutter 1/5000

Shutter 1/3200

Shutter 1/2500

Shutter 1/2000

Shutter 1/1600

Shutter 1/1250

Shutter 1/60

Hi,

I haven been trying out Raiderski Supermode 6.6. These pics have been taken with no configuration at all on the supermode, they were taken with default values. Judge for yourselves. (Max resolution 2mp)

For this pics, try manually setting focus to infinity (EV 0 Zoom 1.1). You should use focus infinity for any pic where the subject is 4 or more meters away from you. You can also change metering to spot off. Focus of picture #2 and #3 seems to be near which I don`t think was what you intended...

i tried using neat image to clean up the night shots. it works really well. i haven't tried with setting sharpness to 0 though.

as for the sun shots you posted, try changing wb to cloudy and also playing with magenta wb ... you get some really cool effects. it can make the sun and the whole scene look warmer. though, i realize you just posted those shots to show shutter speed ...

wb all auto

cloudy wb setting in the menu

auto wb, increase in magenta wb

My idea was to show shutter speed effect, but I really liked the magenta tunned picture, very cool effect!
As for disabling sharpness, check my second post here why it's important, I posted a comparisson when I first discovered this method:

@lpachuong
tested the new 9.2, but I found the pictures blurred and less noisy than 9.1, as if some filtering was being applied even in normal mode...

Thank you all for that information. Now could you please change CMD(56,0e) back to CMD(56,06) and tell me whether noise is here or not. I dont know why the sharpness at 0e is very good on my phone. I will post some pictures to prove this [addsig]
