Hi guys. We braaied at close friends of ours last night, then watched a DVD; nothing too mind-blowing.
The previous owner of our house has just come to collect some of his post. He mentioned that in the service at the Anglican church in Hornchurch this morning, the message and prayers, particularly regarding the situation in Sudan, which was obviously addressed to the congregation, was forwarded to them by none other than Archbishop Desmond Tutu.

We're off to the same close friends' kids' (twins) birthday party now (oh, what joy..), fortunately we won't be able to stay for too long...I have a truck-load of schoolwork waiting for me when we get back later this afternoon...

I see that persistent rain in East London/ over the Buffalo Park stadium has forced the ODI cricket match against Zim to be postponed until tomorrow.

@ da brixsta,
Hope your nether regions have returned to normal this morning.

Fingers crossed:eyes: Being a Gooner I'm not too optimistic, not because TH14 ain't playing, but like last season Arsenal's form in the EPL has not looked convincing after their two draws and one loss.

I had an interesting weekend. Apart from the usual family stuff, i managed to score a nearly complete collection of proofsets (a commemorative set of coins specially minted by the S.A.Mint each year, in a presentation box) barring a few years from the 70s which ought not to be too difficult to track down.
I'm not superstitious, merely mildly stitious.

Ah, I bet the brixster must be somewhat enthralled (and relieved? )by Emmanuel Adebayor's late goal.
West Ham weren't as lucky against Newcastle at Upton Park...
The traffic going to the birthday party was horrendous at the Beckton turn-off from the main A13 motorway...as this just would bloody be the same turn-off towards Upton Park in east London.

@ Kryptik,
Was that a prime find on Bid or Buy?

@da wanqsta: Hell yeah, I'm one happy Gooner!!

Just BTW, I'm seeing more and more K800s around...seems like it will be as popular as the K750 if not more.

Right now listening to Deltron 3030...the album that should've been the soundtrack to the Matrix.

@Wanqa, the deal came about as the result of a contact which i made there. Once the proofset collection is complete i intend building up my ZAR collection, but the gold coins in uncirculated condition are horribly pricey, and that's when one is actually fortunate enough to locate one for sale. My contact is a dealer, who's also quite accommodating, so the chances are good that i could come to some type of agreement with him whereby i could purchase said coins in instalments. It's how i've managed to purchase some of the rarer items in my collection thus far from one of his rivals

@da wanqsta It can only be the one and only mario butoi...About a month ago I warned about his seeming obsession with promoting his online activities...now this- his accounts getting hijacked- which doesn't come as much of a suprise. I guess the guy who properly hijacked his account posts on Bobafett's thread.

@786KBR: Please post that link on the Zim 3G network...would Mugabe even allow a technology that would weaken his grip on information?

Hi er'body

Its been a long time. Da TeenInvader been to busy at work. Bad.

Hey I've been wondering what virgin means when saying REAL PER Second BILLING

until last week when I picked up their information book at the brigin gym.

I think they know exactly what they are talking.

unlike other networks. they give you a per minute amount e.g. R2.30 PM but bill per second.

While other networks we have pm rate and ps rate and the ps rate sums up to more than R3.20.

But i think it because thier rate doesn't change on peak/off peak thing. But I think it is really cheap is you make calls during the day.
