I've read it somewhere before on here that you can't load T68 or T68m software once it's been upgraded to the T68i. Is this true?
Just put a brand new gold fascia on a T68m I got which has "i" software and obviously would like the "m" software...

The MMS upgraded T68m can't be downgraded back to m version in the official way in customer sevice centres. But some people can do it by their way re-flsahing. |

Hi,
just got an R520 with UMTS cover, but it seems that is just a normal R520m with UMTS cover:
Cruiser detailed informations:
Baseband chip ID: 0x5C06
Protocol version: 1.0
Phone hardware initialized OK
Phone type: R520m (1130101-BV)
Phone IMEI: 520329-xx-xxxxxx-6
IMEI-Sticker infos:
KRC 114 1391 R1B
TYPE 1130101-BV DABAB
FCC ID: PBY1130101-BV
CAN 287331278A;287032353A
520329-xx-xxxxxx-6
A5103K6BXP 01W19
The only thing different to my FU R520m is the IMEI. Both of mine have 520327-xxx and this one has 520329-xxx.
The TAC-database shows for both TACs that they belong to a R520m.
Another difference is the firmware:
UMTS-cover one:
R2K prgCXC125347
R2K prgCXC125147_TAE
original 520m
prgCXC125291
prgCXC125147_TAE
But this is only because of different languages:
347 -> EU5
291 -> EU2
Seems really to be a regular 520m with UMTS-proto, or not?
It can't find any 3g-networks but I know, that I have 3G-network at home.

It's an ordinary R520m with UMTS cover. And the UMTS phone has a shorter antenna.

I'm sorry but you could not substitue a T10s' dome for a T28s since backlights for the T10s is not integrated onto the dome itself.
The lifespan of mobile phones dont have any defininte timeframe, it all depends on how you use & care for it, other than these instances the environment you use for & where it is stored.

Just a question, are there any T66 without "Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB" inside them? I have two grey and one pink T66 and they all have that inside

yep nice site Bart.
Unfortunatly, i am not an owner of a R250d as it seems the seller has scammed everyone out of money, it wasnt even a hijacked account but someone that scammed 10+ people out of there money. O well......
so the search is back on!
