1. My W850i can play WMA files...(nevertheless this does not say it in the manual).
2. I think that you can use W850i themes on K800i but I think K800i doesn't support flash themes.

Mine stills perfect...in fact, I feel the mechanism very solid...of course you must be gentle with the phone when opening/closing it because of the "semiautomatic" slider.
I hope you enjoy your new phone as I do with mine!!

How come i see everybody saying the buttons or little lights flash with the beat of the music as only the walkman button on mine flashes?? I reckon the keypad should light up orange too!!! |

I've been using a W850 for nearly 2 weeks now. Very happy with it since removing the o2 branding down to replacing the external o2 logo with a walkman one off a dummy model W850. Camera's ok and works well with the flash attachmant. Slider and build feels solid with the only problem on mine is the 5 button doesn't register at times unless its pressed a little harder than normal. Have started using mine more than my K800 which i like as well.

Hi all!
I read a review elsewhere saying that w850 support skins.
I remember seeing a screenshot showing orange-skinned player in w850.
I also remember seeing a user-review video showing orange bubbles floating in the walkman player background (NOT in standby mode).
I guess it's some sort of visualization.
Are these features being removed? Can someone clarify this?

I just bought one from a mate who didn't like it, but its 3 network. I'm on T-Mobile, how can I use it? Do I need to unlock the phone, or get a new sim from T-Mobile?

Just unlock and unbrand it. I done bought it just clean and that's the way  works best if you can afford it.

anyone using hbh ds970 with their w850? why is it when the music has been stopped and the headset been disconnected..the title/album/artist of the song still shows up on the screen even if you end the walkman application? anyone noticed this? the only way to remove the display is to restart the phone..is this normal? |
