@vikeviki
That's the same info we have here. I think they even might have copied that from nightwing's spreadsheet. |

Water resistance up to 3m is nice... wonder if the 2H Flagship might have that too. Even if it's just as good as the Z though, that'll be quite sufficient.
I got a chance to play with a friends ZL today... feels good in the hand. Very hopeful the 2H flagship will have a roughly similar overall size as it's just perfect for my hand to reach all over the screen. I wouldn't mind if the 2H one is a bit thicker... the ZL feels nice and slim, even though it's rather chunky for a flagship phone.
BTW, saw this post on the Z/ZL thread on NeoGAF, was curious if this was actually true:
http://www.neogaf.com/forum/s[....].php?p=55049464&postcount=1241
btw - best thing to come from Kaz - unified Sony. Phones being designed right now, have parts done directly by Sony division with that expertise, and they are responsible for it (and get fame and bonuses based on it). Previously, Sony Mobile would integrate Sony camera sensors just like Samsung would... now Sony's Camera division will do Camera for phones directly.
Same goes for displays and everything else in Sony Mobile and Vaio PC's. One Sony will be responsible for all future Sony products.
All of their products seem to be a lot better this year, from phones to tv's to vaio's to ps4... and with Japanese govt Yen handling, they will have to go into black next year.
If true, so that means Sonys digital imaging arm is solely responsible for the cameras in Sony mobile phones (or at least the flagship)? If so, interesting. It does make me glad that a division of Sony with FAR greater imaging abilities will be running the show. So yeah, anyone can confirm if this is true, and if so will we see the fruits of this work by 2H flagship time, or is it more of a 2014+ thing?

One sony debut in China 1st?
The new machine is expected in July will officially debut. China will as a starter market, starting by Unicom, the first number is only 140,000, while the international version will have to officially debut until August or September.

Do we have any information on size and design of the Dogo? Sounds intressting, but a may-launch is almost a must. But how long does it take to make it onto the market here in Sweden? Seems that SP is just around the corner, so can we expect the same timeframe here? Launch mid-march and release first week of may ~ roughly 6 weeks?
Im gonna hold out for 2-3 weeks before i make up my mind.
Btw is Dogo top-of-the-line like Z or more mid-market like SP, pricewize? |

Didn't see it on the first page.
Think i've read somthing about an arc-design but never anything about size. The last 20 pages have been about viewing angles!
Could you clarifie for me?
I want same size as my Ray but i understand that will never happen. All phones in this size are low-spec. So around V ans SP in size i hope. |

Dogo size from randomuser: 130.6 × 67.1 × 9.98mm
Design is more like Acro not arc, with the bottom led stripe which changes colour according the picture you view in gallery

Dogo (or Gaga - Japanese version) will be quite close to the size of the ZL (should have a very small bezel too). Screen zize will be approximately 4.65". It will release in May (possibly June) 2013.

XR1
Yes, would most likely have been based on the spreadsheet I made https://docs.google.com/sprea[....]0ZiNzZQcjMwV1I5M0E&usp=sharing but that is still 100% based on information from this eSato thread.
And what's with the XR1 ?? ? I don't understand. Please explain why you put that/what you mean by this.
Check this for the latest on the upcoming Sony phones for 2013: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AreyfktYnDHtdHN0bVFPdUFJd0ZiNzZQcjMwV1I5M0E#gid=0 |
