The size of the is as important as its resolution. The Treo 650 has 320x320 resolution but the screen is not that large. Also the key on the body of the device will appeal to RIM users and Treo users. SE may be aiming more at the US market.

Of course I took into consideration that they may have increased resolution as well... but still... why eliminate a feature that no one complained about? If there's anything I wish they trashed, it would be that dumb Internet button that doesn't work with the flip closed.

And with the flip open, you already have the stylus out anyway to surf, so wtf is the Internet button for?!??! And it's not even remappable by default.

If they increased the resolution, then opening the flip should open up to a larger 480x320 screen or something... not a physically smaller 320x320 thing.

I'd bet on the same values as previous Pxxx in their releases.

750/800 euros. [addsig]

~800 Euros!!! If it means n Megapixel camera, Wi-fi, GPS, more internal memory than p910, A2DP profile (I think its already there on p910...dont know for sure)........I will start saving right away.

@ Krubach and zustin

I think it will break the euro 1000 mark this time. Infact, i am pretty sure. No matter, stupid SE freaks like me will probably have to sell some of their SE arsenal (including p910i, t610, k700) and add some cash on top.....
SE leeches its faithful, i hate to live with this fact.

And i still cant believe why SE didn include FAT32 support in p910 in any of the firmwires, disgusting tactic by them to get the ppl to buy w800 and k750s in the anxious and painful wait for this damn hermione thingy

I sometimes even kinda wish i was a Nokia fan, what am i sayn

I think uiq3 development has taken longer than they wanted. This has put everything on hold. Once UIQ3 hits the streets, SE will have some fine hardware to dump it into..

Dimensions: 5.5 x 10.5 x 2.0 cm (P910 is: 5.8 x 11.5 x 2.6 cm)
Colour (probable):
Silver on the flip and edges (top and bottom).
Darl grey in the main body and behind the keyboard.
(On the spy pictures you can see it’s gold. Gold, it seems, means it’s a prototype in the final stage of development)

Screen:
Type: TFT LCD, touchscreen (source)
Dimensions: 4.5 x 6.0 cm
(P910 is: 4.2 x 6.4 cm)
Resolution: 240 x 320 pixels (QVGA), 262 K colours
Full Specifications

Network:
UMTS
Tri-band GSM (GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900)
GPRS
Wi-Fi

Camera:
Front camera for videophone (probably)
Back camera with 2 MegaPixels resolution (1632 x 1224 pixels), CCD (probably)
Autofocus, Macro (probably)
The back of the phone, it seems it’s closer to the W800 than the K750.

Input:
Flip closed, there’s a 5-way button and 2 rocker buttons. Top portion is for virtual keys (displayed on screen), bottom left is return (U arrow sideways) and right is C. Like the the previous models, the flip can be opened and dismantled.
Flip open, touchscreen plus a qwerty keyboard in the body of the phone, similar to the P910 keyboard but with larger keys.
The jog-dial is smaller than the P910’s.

Processor:
Philips Nexperia™ Mobile Multimedia Processor PNX4008 (source)
208 MHz speed (probably)
Processor specifications - NOT phone specifications
Full specifications (PDF)
Key features
• Unique architecture for unprecedented multimedia performance
- ARM9 processor in 90-nm CMOS technology running at 208 MHz
- Dedicated accelerators for video, audio, graphics, and security
subsystems to provide optimized performance and reduce power
consumption
• High-resolution imaging
- Still image capture up to 4 MegaPixels
• Video record/playback
- Simultaneous H.263, MPEG-4 encode/decode of streams up to
CIF resolution at 30 fps
• Video telephony
- Full-duplex, low-latency video encode/decode mode
• Enhanced audio/music
- Dedicated DSP for all audio activities
- Integrated stereo DACs and ADCs
• 3D gaming
- OpenGL-ES compliant 3D graphics accelerator
• Security
- PKI, Symmetric and Hash Coprocessors
- Random Number Generator with fuses for key generation
• Space-saving LFBGA320 package

Operating System:
Symbian OS 9.1
UIQ 3.0

Synchronization:
New ActiveSync system like, licensed from Microsoft.

Applications:
Rumours say it doesn’t run UIQ 2.1 software out of the box. UIQ 2.1 programs will have to be recompiled so that they can be run on UIQ 3.0.
Developers need to purchase a compiler license to make programs.
Applications must (?) be Symbian signed.

I just hope that the keypad doesn't look like that as it's a step backwards too much like a P900 in otherwords dated
