Will this phone be available for the united states? If no carrier picks it up, can it still work over here on our gsm network? |

Well, its not on the US  site, so it might not be available. But i dont see why not it wouldnt work over in the US if you got one imported.
Also, the W800 is coming to the US, so why shouldnt the K750 ? 
1 month to go huh ? i really cannot wait, however now i have another moral dilemma.. i was offered £200 for my K700i today, should i let my little baby go and use my old T610 for the next 5 weeks ? or keep the K700i and build up my collection..

I think that you should keep the K700 and use that as a "backup" phone.
Since the K750 is going to be a different type of SE phone (one that uses different accessories anyways), there's no better phone to keep as back up than the one that is similar to your new phone. |

Yes, but £200 would be a big chunk out of the K750's pricetag..

once the k750 is released and available, ur k700 value will depreciate furthur, so if u realyl serious bout the k750 i suggest u sell off the k700 right away..... |

@etaab. Sell the K700 and stick with the classic T610 until the K750 comes out 
I tried sniffing coke once but didnt like it. The bubbles kept going up my nose  |

Actually, I've just sold my k700, I'll stick with my t610 waiting for k750
BTW etaab, £200 ?  That's about 300 EUR, here in Belgium a brand new k700i costs 230EUR, I've sold mine 180 because next week there will be another drop off... You lucky bastard, sell it now!

Just went to NEC site and from what I can see, only one NEC phone can do what you are referring to, namely N401. K750 does not support video clips as caller id.

The K750 is not displayed on the U.S. SE Site. The W800 is displayed as coming soon. I don't understand that one, other than the U.S. market would probably be more inclined to go for the walkman as was the fascination with the original walkmans in the 80's.
I don't see why the K750 would not work in the U.S. if carriers don't pick it up. I'm pretty sure SE will have it available for the U.S.
It's a marketing strategy. Americans will buy into the walkman over the K750. It's a brand thing, believe me.

I think if the guy who wants my phone still wants it in 2 weeks (when he gets paid) i'll let him have it. Then, hopefully i'll only have to wait 3 or so weeks until i get a K750.

K750 have unlimited video!!(limited with memory but not with software like a stupid blokia phones!)
