jess_strawberry> In a way they are telling the truth. The reason they did not want to announce it yet it is because they have not received the CD rom and manual from SE. However if you don't mind on the CD rom and manual, just go down on Monday and tell them that you want to pay for the upgrade first and received the CD rom and manual later and they will upgrade for you. The fees is $12.

Tony: the problem is they don't allow that. Other than the kallang branch, the other outlet just refuse as SE did not give them a go. Even the new guy at jurong point do not dare to give me!!!!

To me the manual and cd-rom is useless. I want to cry already.

jess_strawberry>- Don't go else where as I have posted before. Only Kallang. They only have the facilities to do the upgrading at Kallang. Don't worry,be confident, go down to Kallang SC on Monday talk to them nicely and request for the upgrading. Or else talk to their Technical Mgr and ask them to help you.

orang3>- That is their package. Whether you like it or not you still have to pay for the charges. If you don't want it, fine. They will not charge you less.
