HAPPY NEW YEAR! FRESH SLAB! NEW SCHEMES!
@demm: speed is the major factor! if you start sliding sideways at 90 then hit some traction you are less likely to somersault than if doin 120 at the same point.

There is this debate about whether Atiku should stay in the US while fighting to retain his seat or come back home. This is the summary of my take on the issue.
We are dealing with a government with no respect for rules, even the one they made. If Atiku returns he will be arrested and they will use all known and many unknown tricks to keep him in jail, no matter what any court says.
The last time somebody returned in circumstances akin to this, the man died in jail and that was only a few years ago.
Atiku will better serve the interest of Nigeria by staying abroad, away from Obasanjo's murderous long hands and throw the muds at them.
The reality of the Nigeria of today is that we are back to Abacha's era, and unless he want to second MKO, Atiku should stay put.
What do you think? |

Happy New Year folks!
No New Year resolution for me. Same Goals as last year. Why start on new projects when you have not finished last years?
Money: I doubled my 2005 income last year but I was ten times more unhappy and depressed than in 2005. I told my folks that I was the most unhappy "millionaire" in the world. How sad.
Politics: Yeah Atiku should stay put until he wins yet another court case. What was the Court cases scores again? ATK 4 OBJ 0. OBJ never thinks and so he keeps making blunders and losing in court.
Meanwhile, I am not for Atiku as our next Prez sha.
Anyone of u on myspace? I am thinking of spending time there as an replacement to Prodigits. So far, I am impressed by the number of Nigerian babes on the search list.
@Brix: 3G will be licensed sometime this year. You can bet the guys here will be one of the firsts to "trial" it. Maybe our posts will jump again. hehehehehe |

ive been following the obansojo/atiku fiasco closely and i serously think atiku should stayin yankee if he values his life.i think the situation in nig is just...i dont even have words to describe it.we have independence ad its still the same mostly undereducated militarymen leading us.our political parties are not even based on different ideologies.its as if the rule is:if u dont win in one form another one!!..they is no light..no water..bad roads..high illitracy...high unemployment.and we'r making billions of dollars a year from oil.i wish the oil would just dissapear self...maybe it will make the leaders get thier acts together |

@mariwun: my sentiments exactly. Frankly I don't give a hoot about what Atiku is facing right now, because he deserves it. But what pisses me off is Obj's blatant disregard for the rule of law, and our cowardly judiciary. Mr. Ojo should be ashamed of himself. |

@easy: you havent been thru this thread! despite no xmas invites i invited all!
on this atiku issue, it goes to show how crooked we Nigerians can get. we have extradition treaties with US. if they had something concrete to arrest atiku (without implicating themselves!) they could have done it by now.
coola, are you sure its in cyberspace you want to fine a wifey? a girlfriend or a pen pal mayb
