I tried doing a system restore after installing it but it wouldn't let me. U should maybe have a go?

Oh right ee on my forums said XP would slow ur pc down but i didn't believe him...
hmmm think i will stick witk 98 for now - actaully i prefer 2000 to 98! i use it at work and it's better! 
the slow xp thing was why i wanted to install from scratch rather than upgrade. but saying that xp is more stable i i really want that!

I think that's what I'm going to do. Installl from fresh not an upgrade
