@arnoldc: it would be a good idea to write to them about how the filipino consumers feel. We can cite your experience if you don't mind. Maybe if consumers from diff parts of the world (like the UK thread) complain SE will take notice and do something about it.

i have 49 people na in our user group. yung di pa nagpapalist go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sonyericsson/join or send me a txt message at +63 (917) 898-7923 to be listed.
Susuportahin ka namin Arnold... what is done to you is done to the SE consumers in general... hahanapan natin ng solutions to for the benefit of the others... hold your position... a lot of people look up to you... para sa kanila din ang position mo more than anything else.

Just came back from Ericsson Philippines and unlike what happened yesterday, I was treated like how a customer should be treated. DJ was on hand to explain to me what happened showing to me both sides of the picture. We had an exchange of pleasantries and she was very receptive on my suggestions on handling situations to avoid incidents like yesterday. I was hoping to see RG but unfortunately he was not there. The following topics were discussed:
1. How to avoid yesterday's incident. How things could be managed in order to have a harmonious relationship between SonyEric Phil and customers like us. Once tempers are cooled then a constructive discussion could be undertaken and steps could be made to patch things up between the parties concerned.
2. MMS upgrade. SonyEric Phils is dependent on the regional announcement (they have made several in the past). This seems to be an international issue that has to be resolved. Kailangan pa i-test at makasanayan ng Pilipinas ang software ngunit hanggang ngayon ay wala pa silang na-tatanggap.
3. Replacement units. I was able to get mine without waiting though my unit was from the stock of Ericsson Philippines and not the batch which is suppose to come out of customs. For those waiting for their units to be replaced, a lot of patience is required. You can get in touch with DJ who has volunteered to update Esato members of the developments. |

stock room of SE ph? what is the difference from the new batch? why are they holding the units at their stock room? gathering dust.
mms software - i dont think there is a need to "get use to it" but, its SE intl call... nothing we can do abt it... not even Sen Noli de Castro.. hehe
case of misunderstanding... |

MMS upgrade , I dont wan't to comment on this thing now. I'm so embarassed for what SE Intl had done to all t68m customers!!! We dont even know what are their real plan for us. I know, we should wait until friday, but until now(around the world), no one had receive that sw that will convert their phone sw from t68m->t68i. |
