One thing I like about us is how we can analyse stuff.

But I am sure Baba will not be in a hurry to wield the S-O-E stick next time.

Then the entire family under went a checkup none of them was suffering from that. The doctors checked with the boy if he had eaten out? And the boy says he had suya one evening.

The hospital team went there to check. They found the suya seller had a cut on his finger while cutting the onions, and his blood had spread in the food. When they had his blood checked... the guy was suffering from AIDS but he himself was not aware.

Please take care while u eat from road side suya or roadside vendors.

I just read this post and i can't help but wonder the kind of health professionals we have in this country. There is no way one can detect HIV in d body within 10 - 15 days. The primary HIV test is simply an antigen-antibody test. Antibodies takes about 3months to be produced in an infected person.

@All...Wish me luck cos i am about to collect form for the gubernatorial race

Since we have a med personnel around.... can the virus survive our digestive system? That is the plain reason why I rejected the story... Except the kid have a wound in his mouth, right?

Well, to me it appears as if our Nascent democracy has no faith in us either. I think OBJ was a bad news for Nigeria's democracy. And I'm happy to note that of all the "good things" his government has been credited, helping to grow democracy was not one of them. I also belief that of all things IBB might have been guilty of, his government was more democratic. At least we had a debate about IMF loan and since Nigerians said No to IMF, the man went to the Paris Club! And when OBJ chose to dash the Paris Club, $12BN that could have taken Nigeria out of its infrastructural doldrum, who did he ask? NOT EVEN THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, who as it is in their characters approved what could only have been an afterthought request.

Just heard of another airplane crash at Abuja. Details are still sketchy but I gather its an ADC aircraft with the sultan of sokoto probably on board.

The Sultan was on board with his son and some politicians.
Once again our aviation safety has been called into question. This is a tragedy. In fact it is a bad omen
