@QVGA
You are right about that.
But I believe there is some improvement. I know I'm pretty optimistic about this but I think thanks to x10's success things will be much better with new phone releases.
IMO, expecting more than 2.1 for X10 is extremelly optimistic even for me

Something i've not thought about until my girlfriend asked me how could she save a picture that she received via mms.
I thought it would have been as simple as viewing the pic and saving it but there isnt an option. She has an x10 mini. I looked on my x10 but couldn't find out how to either.
Any help would be great :

How do you add several pictures ( + Video + Sound clip) to an MMS, I can only attach a single file for an MMS, unlike A200 which you can add like unlimited pictures
EDIT; Handcent SMS is also same

Thanks for the info. It worked on my x10 but the x10 mini doesn't have that option. Long press on the picture and you get delete,forward and view picture. If i view the picture and long press i get the zoom option.
I guess the x10 mini will need an app.

@tobias84:
if you Use Handcent messaging app,
In Handcent> press menu button > settings> send message settings > scroll down and and uncheck the "Auto-convert to MMS" box.
I find Handcent messaging app much better than the default messaging app... Dunno if any such setting exists for the default messaging app as i dont use it...
