Will Rachel's pricing be competitive? Motorola Droid is just around the corner and will be sold in same price as Apple Iphone 3GS with contract. SE has to think about the price thoroughly. |

Just watched the video and that is a proper tease... I havent owned a white phone, never been that keen on them really... But Rachael in white is truely a stunner!!!
Definately my next phone if it is what has been discussed specs wise!
With regards to front camera, does anyone use video calling??? I never have to be honest so it doesnt bother me... Also using a Bold from work at the moment so dont have one either...

Looks like SE could be back to the amazing days (i hope) a'la P800... (ahh, those were the days... back in my telecommunication years!)
Been checking out a work colleagues HTC Hero and therefore Android in general... have to say its the way forward, especially with so many manufacturers jumping on the bandwagon... really impressed which makes Rachael even more appealing! |

The importance of a front camera is not only for video calling but also for video chatting. The Rachael is a multimedia device and I think in the near future there will a lot of people ask for such apllications that use it. I never used the front camera of my K800i but I could imagine, that I'd use the front camera of a multimedia phone if I'd have one.

I've just found out that the infinity logo already appeared in the Rachael's UI concept (yellow circle of course)

these phones (like rachael , hd2 etc) are more like a mini-pc so apps needed to make them usable and successful

my dad works at SE. He said to me that he will be gone for 3 day cause they will announce X10, susan, sunny, T900, and Abelin(Xperia X9) at New York City. He said T900 would be a touchscreen phone with a qwerty keyboard and 3.5 inch screen it would be an Symbian S60 device. He also said that Abelin maybe the announcement of Abelin or Xperia X9 will be Mobile Word Congress, its a blackberry lookalike and he said it has 5 megapixels and it works on Android platform. also he told about Satio2 he said it would have an optical thingy I forgot the term he used. |
