Fortunately I dont have that shutting down problem, does it happen when you change certain settings or just a random shutdown?

Do you mean when to use high shutter speed or low shutter speed?
I think ou can just try previewing the shutter speed and not too the ISO
JUst tried... if you select min shutter speed there is no change........ strange?
Big change in preview no change in result

Thats right yeah, for water pics you need high shutter speed, and use the flash too
Its hard to get a good splash shot, takes a long time

You can do better job with C901 than you can do with K850/T650
Just put a barrel of water in bright sunlight and camera will choose ISO 50 with a very fast shutter speed
