QuickShare™ : same for me, i'm satisfied already with aksd's work, i just want to know whether the video quality has increased or not, 'cause there are no confirmation from aksd..anyway, i've just compared between 2.71 and 2.72, somehow the 2.72's pics a bit yellow-ish...that way i prefer to stick with 2.71 and the sharpness increase is hard to notice. i'll stick with 2.71 for awhile, for me 2.71 is the best camera driver aksd ever made

As for the 2.71,the off point for me is the video recording part,it will malfunction once you take video with night mode on...and when you close the camera slide,it will be no functional nemore
Thus im on the non-hybrid ver 10.1...so far so good...for me at least...color reproduction clear, sharpness adequate enuff for human eye..no noise(minimal) when taking night shots with light...
So still deciding whether to try the 2.72 or not, coz its 12.35am here in singapore, abit wobbly for my eye already...
Let me try it and i'll give a short review tommorow...wanna test especially the video recording part... |

I am getting confused now cos i don't know what version of the cam driver to use, i am using 2.71 atm, i haven't used 2.4 but some of the pics using it look really good and i like the nightmode setting on 10.1 so wouldn't it be easier to put them both together and make like an ultimate cam driver! |

AHhhhhH....Ver 2.72 failed my test.....
The video recording problem is still there....i recorded a video with light/macro/night mode.....and once i close the camera slide....POOF!it is not funtional again till i reboot it all over again....
So my best recommendation for now is ver 10.1...
If this also fails me,it will revert back to Ver 2.4....hehe
Although im getting tired...im reverting back to ver 10.1 now folks....
Its 12:53am here now in singapore....my eye having the warm sensation already.... |

This non-hybrid version 10.1 is stable...its also have sharpness+detail...and it doesnt malfunction when you close the camera slide after taking a video....nightmode is a superb one, with light its even BETTER
Ups for each and everyone of the versions...each has its own good and bad...so its up for you to decide what you need....
IMHO,i think ver 10.1 is the best for now.... |
