They probably have about 400 emails aday. Seeing that the Talk21 turn around time is 48 hours and we only get about 100 a day. We reply to all emails...

Mornin. Ed no i've sent two, one bout 5 months ago and another bout 2 months ago, got an automated response to both sayin that they hope to reply within 7 days it think. Gave up in the end
