I think this is the first time is going to bring us a phone that no one knows much.
IMO, X10 is a great success and Enclair update is just a minor favor from
IMHO, the real deal, the next gen UXP device will be announced around December and will be on the market Q1.
I'm sure we'll love it after X10's success.
Fingers crossed.

DesireHD a reason to forget X10? go ahead, 4.3inch display with a 1230mAh battery, best of luck with it ,even Moto were smart enough to fit a 1540mAh in the Droid X.
The X10 Android2.1 update is looking realy good, im going to be with my X10 for a very long time, by the time i upgrade there should be some worthy Androids to upgrade to, hopefuly running on a ARM A9-Cortex CPU, a better 8MP camera, HD1080p video, HDMI, minimum screen res of 854x480 in a 4inch display, and minimum 1500mAh battery.

The worst video quality ever! The focus was on the keychain on the table all the time and not on the phone screen.
Is there any shortcut to the fotolight in the camera or do you still have to go via settings to turn it on?

I recently uploaded film clips taken with my x10 to my computer but the files seems corrupt, full of glitches and random colours. Does anyone know else have problems playing their film clips in Windows media player? Is there a special codec needed to play x10 clips? TIA |

Let say they release a X10 successor, with 2.2, is it much work for SE to have this version on the X10 also? |

I don't know what to think at the moment. People are saying different things. Ideally, they should just release Froyo for the X10 as soon as humanly possible regardless of whether the successor has it or not.
What do you think?

if medaiscape and timescape are / have been ported then it shouldn't be that much work.
if the 2.2 api's are that much different then it could be considerable work .....
I reject your reality and substitute my own. |
