Hobby: music. collect reason sound banks. other than that, got a few 94 R5's.
must say i hate the vodafone branding on the phone. the meerkat defiles it with his presence.at least there is only one vodafone logo on the phone itself. and no meerkat:) vodacom is a service provider, not a way of life, so stop trying to become a way of life for us. we no care about you and your weasel.

@786KBR: yeah i'm referring to those red and green buttons. So do they still have their function but change during a call. Expect some great things from this phone. It can even run a java application on ur main screen. Did you know you can zoom in ur videos in the video player? The best things about se phones are the speed, and user interface. Everything is where you want it to be. Laters |

@786KBR: That download feature is absolutely brilliant. When it comes to non-smartphones blows Nokia out of the water- S40 is hardly competition.
Today is my 3rd year on Esato.

@francois: Three years ago I'd been simply searching Google for "tips and tricks" to get the best out of my T300 which was a good phone albeit one of the ugliest.
What I liked about the phone was it's Mophun games engine which was more advanced then phones with java MIDP-1...problem with Mophun was it's restrictive nature, two years after it's release on the T300 abandoned it for an improved MIDP-2 in it's K-series.

I doubt we'll have cellphones in their current form 30 years from now.
We'll probably get the option to use either some form of implant of normal phone.

At R445 I'd buy it, I doubt you'll get a 2GB card at that price any time soon.

I got mine on BidOrBuy last week...Cost me R15 more than that, but R460 is so cheap....I bought from ab!world on BoB, and in my experience concerning this one purchase is that he is reliable and the product is good, works well...I seriously pushed the card to its limits...it is beautiful! Just found this on BoB:

Another thing, when you buy the card, getting a card reader is advisable. Got one for R100, and the read/write speed is much faster:
600 mb took about 3-4 minutes to copy from the card to pc, about 3x that to the card....And the data cable would take about 30 minutes to copy 600mb to the phone or memory card, not worth the wait...: it gets very frustrating!
So, who all is going to get themselves a 2 GB?

hey ppl.even though i love SE i gotta admit the new n80 really got me excited ,so i decided to order one today as upgrade to my v360 i'm too impatient to wait for number portability which comes in on the 15th so means i'll have to figure something rather than move with three phones/numbers ! |

@Falcon786: You should've done some research.
The N80 is the buggiest phone according to most user reviews. But please don't take my word for it, tell us all about your new phone once you get it.
Why can't you wait, number portability is only a month away.
