Ohhh . . . I think the service centers of  at my end don't have the software needed to flash that 'old' model fone  is that the one which has the gps 9map0 feature or is the R380 ?

@jn are u talking about the r520 i wish to sell? if yes, se should have the flash files, the latest ones since t28 should be ready to download from the main server.

@boba - My friend here actually is looking for this one which has the map thing inside once the flip is opened . . . Not sure if it's the R320/R380 or what  Let me take a close look at your R520 dude . . . does it have a flip keypad? It sure looks like what you are selling here, size and color . . .

only r380 has got flip in the r serie. the r520 i am selling is the developed version of r320.

@boba - Nice ! Yeah that's HOW the R series with map inside model that I was talking about though comes in BLACK color . . . How does that differ from the other R series Ericsson fone

@boba - Sorry, but that's JUST what I know of. I am certain that the keypad cover can be flipped to give way to the inside screen which has that MAP locator . . . if we can say GPS too ! I know way back then that some members do SELL their own collections in the Mobile For Sale Thread.

never heard of any /// fones with a map locator in it. only r380 has got flip and on some way the possibility to display a map ( according its menu ) no other one imo

@boba - Maybe that's it then . . . the R380 ! I was just wondering how the map on it works I also manage to see an OLD brand - Benefon which has a map locator on it as well . . .

i dont think there is any map application for r380 ( internal mem is 1mb ). with the e version u can make draws, maybe u saw such a pic and u thought its a map.

@boba - Perhaps, as I saw some lines on the LCD with small names on it (maybe the street names or what) . . . But I do like that too, having an internal BIG LCD - screen !
