@bleurdeur - Yup ! I am more at ease upgrading (if deemed necessary) some of my mobiles at SM Southmall dude - near my place, unfortunately they don't have FW for some models of OLD Ericsson handsets  Worst comes to worst, I'll go to Mega if ever ! Thanks . . .

just visit www.soft4gsm.com. Try downloading all the software galore for all Ericsson/SE models. In other words, to your hearts content. In the technician's world here in the Philippines, this webpage is their bible. It even beats i think Semicon. Goodluck.
Software: just click SE, then flash drives or cruiser.

OK, I'll try your advise, I'll try to make my OWN copy (download) then have those inadequate technicians fix the trouble for me, I don't know much about fone technicalities, I am just at EASE paying their - TAB, most of the time. Does anybody know if the HPR-20 radio will WORK on the Ericsson T10 fone model I tried it on my T28s and it just worked fine .. .Thanks!

no the T10 has other connectors.
i've got a radio that will work on the T10. intrested?
