hey brad boy.my buddy has one for a month now and u right it's way too big!other than that cons are no video calling if that matters to u ,and the media playlist a bit round about to configure although besids that the 4 gb memory works great!and easy to use as mp3 player.only one thing i cant seem to see nokias rationale behind making the number keys SO SMALL on both the n70 and n91!

Have you guys seen the 'new' K618?
SE have done a bit of a Nokia here, ie. minor update and a few cosmetic changes.
The only hardware difference compared to the K610: Er...a 256MB memory stick micro card...!
I'm not an overly huge fan of all white handsets, but in this case the white does look damn good to me compared to the darker-hued option:

So I purchased a 2GB Memory Stick Pro Duo on Bid or Buy last night, a steal at under R500, which is round about what you can get it internationally. The seller has only positive reviews, so it is cool. Firstly I did itr from my phone in bed at 2am, which is so cool....So 2GB of extra space....could do with it: I am so tired of not being able to keep my music on the phone due to movies making their way onto my tiny 320x240 screen....Next up, Final Fantasy XII...Played the game 2 years ago, terrible graphics, but the most amazing game!
So what are the plans for tomorrow? I know I have pool late tonight after cell, and then from there, little sleep...

@francois: Wish I still owned an just for that cheap MS Duo.
This evening I had drinks with a friend who totally hates her cellphone, actually she hates all communication technology. Tried to call her on the weekend and she had conveniently forgotten her phone in another friend's bag. Please guys explain to me how a 21 yr-old can hate tech in 2006. Do you guys find it invasive?

Nope, i don't think any of us here really find comm.tech invasive, seeing that we're such phone fanatics
i can certainly understand her feelings though, it can be a tad invasive, even more so when one is in a field where one is constantly being bombarded with information.
Tomorrow is a day for chilling, finishing my latest book (The Jester, by James Patterson) and making admiring noises when i lay eyes on my sister's 7month-old preg tummy. They're driving down from Jozi for a wedding, so i'll have to play the role of dutiful uncle to the unborn nephew and comment on the loads of 4D pix which they're bound to bring along.

4D pics? I'm totally out of the loop when it comes to baby and expectant mothers-to-be.
Started reading an awesome book I bought this afternoon- The Wonga Coup. It deals with the failed coup plot two years ago by South African and British mercenaries to overthrow Obiang Nguema of oil-rich Equatorial Guinnea.

@Brix,interesting how the same topic pops up in the same evening.a guy@home group was going on about how impersonal sms ect is.i agree in most part.as a rule i think in personal meetings and dates phones must be switched off.if not it shows how little respect you have for the person.so in that sense cell phone etiquette needs to be applied.i must say, sometimes my phone interrupts my life.

Those 4D pix are awesome, with a bit of imagination you can see that he's going to be a naughty bugger!

@brad: Yes, mfowethu...Vlive TV was never intended to replace your normal tv or DStv for that matter. It's good for moments when you're bored or just to catch up on some information. I seriously wouldn't/couldn't watch a movie on my phone's relatively tiny screen- maybe the 320x240 screen of the P910i.
The channel I watch the most, if ever, is Sky News...not my favourite channel but that's the only news channel on there.
The worst thing about Vlive TV is the constant buffering. DVB-H is still the best option for delivering tv to the cellphone and we'll be the first to enjoy it on the African continent.
