I just flash my k750 on the latest firmware and now my phone does not START. When I try to flash-it again it appears on my bottom screen a message that is an USB problem and my windows does not recognise the device. What can I do? Please help. |

what happened exactly? how was the flash process?

right about 10 minutes ago and i was not at my computer when the bar filed up but when I returned i find the startup screen of the "update service" program of SE.
Can I do a master reset whith my phone tuned off and how I can do that?
Now it id DEAD. I reinstaled the update service program and when I press C and connect the usb cable nothing happends.

full charge battery and try again, maybe the process stop cause the bat was empty. |

the battery was at 90% and now I don't know how to chargit because it is DEAD. Nothing happends when I connect the charger.
HOW I CAN DO A MASTER RESET?

u can't do a master reset even charging it if its dead.
reupdate it again, when u see usb problem, just remove the bat and put it again and repeat (pres c and atach cable) till the soft find it. |

wait untill the soft ask u to press C and let il pressed while ataching the cable.
wait the soft ask u to remove ur finger from c

keep trying mate, i advice u to recharge ur bat in other phone too.
if nothing, so seus can't help u, u nead full flash, use setool cracked with flash files from http://www.topsony.com/, or take it to someone who have original softs like me

I have been done the update twice before today. Today i've started the process and I've gone to the kitcken beacause is booring to see a bar filing up. When i've come back in the bottom i've seen the message that the windows doen not recognize a device on the USB.

I've just test my baterry and it is fully charged. What is wrong whit my phone? Whi does'nt start in flash mode?
