i heard about that too up to £1.70 per mile or something
what about people who have to commute miles just to get to work
they put the price of petrol down and then make thet money up by doing this

Its gonna be nationwide and will be in place within the next 5 years. Apparently the current congestion charge is not good enough so this is wht they're gonna do instead.
What I'm wondering is if road tax will also be in force alongside it. Also what about motorbikes as the box I've seen is way too big to fit on one.
As for petrol. Expect another rise very soon as well

is this just for motoways
because my mum doesnt use them for work so she will probably be one of the lucky ones

Not sure if its just motorways. It didn't say so I would assume it would be roads in general.

Reg your getting a bubble. Make sure its not an early 12 valve one as they're very prone to head gaskets and oil leaks.
New shape ones have problems with gearbox mounts.
Go for a VW Lupo or Seat Arosa mate. Can't fault them petrol useage is great. Lasts for ages.
