ive been sending shitty emails to bargainhost and got this response:

eamonn its to view incomplete DAT files when dloading off p2p's... ive got a divx fixer too somewhere so u can trun an incomplete divx DAT into a full Ddivx file if you wanted to but tbh whats the point as it's incomplete
