Well i doubt he would put up a flash file that messed your phone up so it must be safe.

@KoloBok
I don't really care if you think you asked me a question or not.
It's just that the question you asked was still a bit stupid.
Like I said, AV isn't going to put up for download a crappy flash file so that he screw T68 and T68i users over.
Some people...

Also, flashing by ericsclient can do some that emma2 can't.
It can flash a T68m or T68i to T68ie or T68mc. |
|
That is not true. I have done that using emma2 and I hade no problem doing that. You can set what each user on the Emma2 can and can't do and what software they can load. |

Does anyone have an extraction of the R6A firmware with Norwegian language for the T68m and the T68i (I need both)?

Hi all!
I'm italian and i want to upgrade my T68i (firmware release R5C001) with the latest R5D007 but i don't understand if there's italian menu inside the firmware or there's an external file for the italian language.
All info (hw & sw) taken from my phone:
R5C001
prgCXC125515
R5C001
prgCXC125326_TAE
I think my phone is unlocked (there's no restrictions in my country).
I've all, cable and software, but before get credit for the upgrade i need this little info please.
If there's here italian friend with good experience about this i really need help!
Thx in advance for all the reply...

Hi,
Can I just say thank you for such a wonderful and informative post about flashing. I have learned so much from all of you in the past couple days. I've been wanting to flash my phone to r6a for awhile now and I was having trouble with the servers. But luckily, I was able to get an answer from this forum!
I will also add my experience.
I did a....
master reset
turned off bluetooth/infrared
turned off locks
saved my contacts to SIM
left SIM in
flashed firmware r6a012 (using virtualdynamix logs)
It kept freezing at "connecting to server".
It turns out I should've used the ericsclient (thailand) from Virtualdynamix. I'm thinking the previous version I was using was searching for a different server maybe? So if you have this problem, maybe you can try this.
After that, it flashed fine. I also was using DSL behind a d-link router and a 550mhz computer. Make sure you have no firewalls set up. I have R6B hardware.
My bluetooth works fine. Menus are much faster than R3C (ATT firmware). To me, internet is faster and the RF seems better. However that may just be the bars reading faster. boots and shutdowns are faster. The whole process took about 15~20 minutes.
All i can say is READ THE 33 pages! it's worth it =)
