My only hope is none of the 2h flagship buyers have differing screen qualities. Other than that I can't picture it bested by anything but it's successor... |

Sony One looks like a Lamborghini not everybody can afford Lamborghini  
Sony please don't make your flagship so expensive wth carbon fiber it will easily be 1200$ + phone.

wait for price drop then..@ramu...any info for speaker for H2 phone...would them get stereo speaker? hehe
2014 aim for at least 100 million please sony... 
hopefully 2015 sony can beats samsung become top 1 android OEM....

Sony should attract Apple users.Quite a few Apple users have already moved to Sony Xperia Z.
Very sure Apple users never wished to buy a samsung or HTC.But now they do cause of Sony.Seen few people changing from iphone to Xperia Z. By 2014 we can beat Apple for sure. |

about that Xperia Dogo or Xperia A or C550X (whatever it's called) it's rumored to have ip58 which would mean unlimited time of water submergion. Imagine, you could use it for diving, surfing, etc.!
How is that even possible without having a completly sealed unit? I can only imagine it, if there are no ports, covers, flaps, holes or anything. No memory slot and certainly not a removable battery. If it is possible, it may be very thick and ugly looking and who would want that? People would rather go for a sexy look and ip57 like with Xperia Z.
I don't get why the Z would need a 3rd party Qi wireless charging kit or cover. It has the pins and with the docking station, it is sort of wireless. I mean, the main benefit is that one does not have to open the flaps in order to charge the handset and that's the most important point.

Why does everyone crave wireless charging so much? Is it because of the novelty? New tech?
Because it's just as easy to rest your phone in the charging dock without having to connect a charger.
I think the way the Z, V & Acro S all have the exterior charging connectors is more than good enough!
How lazy are we getting?

I don't think Sony will be able to sell 50mil smartphones this year. Last year Sony had really strong mid-end line up. Xperia U was the cheapest dual core smartphone and Xperia S was a mid ranger in h2 last year. Xperia Z is just like Xperia S. Xperia S had a good start but slowed after that we are already seeing that happen again Xperia Z felt down in Japan and UK chart. Last year Xperia tipo was big in India but so far Xperia E is not doing well. Xperia Z is not enough. |
