Welcome Spectre!
BTW, this was posted by zomg:
Sony are not working on pixel binning technology. They are working on a larger sensor for Xperia phones though, possibly a 1" type that is used in the RX100. It would be the largest sensor in any phone.
It won't be ready for 2013 though, the H2 phones are all going to use 13MP or 16MP without pixel binning, but with new camera software that allows for a NR=0 option.
This kinda deflates the talk of the 2H phone and its camera. Any additions/counters by anyone here?
This is actually correct, 16 MP camera on 2H flagship, with some improvements (software vise especially), may even get close to 808 standards... |

Is the S800 really such a game-changer that it's worth going for, over the S4 Pro?

Sony in Thailand obviously wrong (just IMO)
I didn't see Sony handset more enough though, I think they 6 maybe 7
Samsung / iPhone / Blackberry / Nokia / I-Mobile (local brand) - just only around Bangkok
apparently, I felt they (the mobile team) lacks of ambition and vision.
For example, this April first 4G service will launch (though in limited area) but they didn't bring Z 4G in even worse we have Xperia V and they didn't brag about (let's Korean stole the show with bullshit gimmicks nowadays), such a shame. I do hope Kaz to correct something here soon enough.
The mobile team again didn't see important in other provinces just only metro, make outside metro customers to struggle for the brand they (still) loyal to, very few and going to less soon if it not fix in time. those come from unknown to well-known Samsung capture very large market share in every segment here with crappy cheap plastic.
After-sales services, Sony hired outsources to take care problems for mobile, and you guess it right (sucks). every month ot two I will see complaint about poor services and keep those vicious looping all over again, to let people feel bad with brand. How I can help, this year I totally discourage to cheer them up against those fiercely competitors. Of course I did it for free. Going back to normal customer is better for me now!

A small rumor game. You have to guess what the rumor actually is
Let's see who can get it right.
What might the product below possibly share in common with One Sony ?

What!? Is Sony bringing back the VAIO Z!? WOW! Hope they plan on reviving the F series too with a 750M GPU, I'm in need of a new laptop...
Maybe the same display tech as One Sony?

An F series replacement is going to need a little more than a 750M. More along the lines of a 770M or 780M. 750M would be fine for the Z though.
Also, I'd want the "One Sony" phone to have a Gun-Metal Grey Magnesium/Aluminium alloy body. Feels so silky smooth in the hand. That and a 4.7/4.8 inch (5 if necessary) 1080p Display with very high contrast and very good viewing angles (basically NOT the screen on the Xperia Z) |
