Hi! A question! What does it mean when you FLASH a phone? And is it possible to change the firmware @ home? :-)

I agree what you said. T39 is a great phone but it has been replaced by some new,modern phones :-( But still it is a great phone.

And it will be as many others aswell. Just mentioned in another thread my found. In r520 text labels are FLIP OPEN, FLIP COUNTER and CLI PICTURE written.

by flashing a phone you upgrade the firmware in the phone. P900 can be upgraded/flashes using the online update service, other models must be brought to a servicepoint for upgrade/flash |

Hiya! Just thought iīd add pics of my latest collectors items
The sharkfin cost me SKR 1700 (BRAND NEW!)
and the T39m SKR 1500 (second hand, with a grand total of 40 minutes worth of calls )
and Bobafett: As you can see, older phones already cost as much as new ones.. (I know you made that comment in another thread but i canīt be arsed to look it up now )

@threex indeed, i am hoping for it, that /// fones mentioned and shown here, will be one day real expensive and highly recommanded technical rarities. In some way they fit already my wish ;-)
