I guess you sopke to their "customer services" team. This is not the case. You need sim updates. Call them back and ask for them to send all the sim updates again and you will have full access to the divert menu, plus you can remove that ugly icon.

Good luck!

Half right, when I spoke to customer services they agreed that a divert was in place, but that the menu was missing because my SIM wasn't a 3G one.

Typing in a code canceled all diverts and removed the icon, which was all I really wanted as it was bugging me!

When converting video for my K850i, what is the optimum video size and audio bit-rate etc?

I remember reading on here somewhere but I can't seem to find it.

TIA

Sorry to bump this again but I still can't find it.

Also, does anyone know how to put in Audio Books content so that it appears in the media player menu?

I have created a Audio Book folder in the file manager and put content in there but the Audio Book section in the media player is empty.

TIA

Ah right I get mine from Audible.co.uk and they have their own player to download onto your phone!

I was just thinking you could use that if you couldn't get the K850 to play them all by itself!

Its still a bit of a mystery to me how to do this.

The Audiobooks weren't downloaded straight to the phone but sideloaded so may be thats why.

Thanks anyway Nanu, I guess its not too much of an issue.

holeinone, and how is your phone doing?

I'm trying to gather so much intel i can, i suspect that the one im probably going to buy from is at least 07W45 or newer.

klarho,

My new K850i is working well. The only issues I'm having are that the battery never charges to 100% and the Slide Show feature pixelates some images when it zooms in for effect, etc. Seems like all the K850is I've seen do this. I think it's an issue of the X-Pict application and not the OS.

I don't have any of the other OS or hardware (no squeaks, LED, or shutter) issues.

Overall I love this phone and highly recommend it. Hope you get a good though!

I'm using the green one. My phone has applied Martin Field Screen protector and I also bought a fingerprint cleaning pouch (It cleans when phone is in the pouch because of the material made). Till now not any scratches seen. What I am afraid of the blue colour is that its side grey paint peels off... Any blue colour users can give feedback??

I've been using the blue one for abt a month now. Looks great to me. No scratches and no peeling at the grey sides.

I already bought one, and it seems like i got a good one! Green 07W45 on the battery. Little unnoticable squeek on the down backside. No LED-problems, shutter etc. No major OS-bugs at all, and im still on 029!

I love it too no regrets at all. At first i wanted to wait for w890, but i think i would have missed all the features and functions of the k850.
